REGULATION

1. FOREWORD

The Euro-Sim Masters Championship is a simracing competition for all European drivers playing the simulation game Assetto Corsa Competizione on PS5. It is initiated by PRiMA Esports, the world champion team in GT World Series and GT Fusion on Gran Turismo, and as with each competition it organizes, it partners with other companies to offer you a qualitative and rewarding esport experience. The Euro-Sim Masters Championship is a 100% online competition in 5 rounds, preceded by 2 pre-qualification dates and a prologue race (test) for the 24 qualified European drivers. Four reserve drivers will replace the regular drivers in case of withdrawal or exclusion during the competition. No registration fee.

Assetto Corsa Competizione is a game developed by Kunos Simulazioni and published by 505 Games.

Reserve drivers:

If a regular driver were to be absent, they must inform the race management at least 48 hours in advance, and they may only be absent once during the championship, otherwise they will be disqualified. In the event of a withdrawal, unjustified absence, or exclusion, an available reserve pilot will take the vacant position while also taking over the outgoing driver's progress. The replacement can only occur within the first 3 rounds. Thus, the reserve driver will become a regular driver. Reserve drivers are part of the championship's line-up, and as such, they must train and prepare for each race in order to replace an absent or outgoing pilot at a moment's notice.

Finally, in the event that a regular driver does not participate in the first round, then one of the reserves will score his own points in round 1.

Parts of these regulations may be subject to modifications during the championship. Updates will be communicated on the Discord server.

I - All drivers selected to compete in the Euro-Sim Masters Championship agree to respect the rules established by the organizer, to adopt a respectful behavior towards the organization and its competitors, whether in the race, in the ingame chat or in the comments of the live stream, or videos posted on PRiMA Esports' and its partners' social networks.

II - If fraudulent activity is suspected, and proven after investigation, the player will be immediately excluded from the competition and replaced by a reserve driver who will take over their progress.

III - Any unworthy, abusive or threatening behavior will be immediately punished by exclusion from the competition and by a ban from the organization's social networks.

IV - We call on all competing drivers to demonstrate fair play, sportsmanship and to respect the clauses of these regulations. A number of race incidents will be judged from the race saves by the race commissioners and according to the penalty system to be consulted in Article 11. Penalties will be applied after the race and recorded in a weekly race report.

V - Any claims must be made via private message from the competition's Discord server in the -report- section and by opening a private discussion thread with the administrator.

VI - During pre-qualifying and pre-race qualifying, it is strictly forbidden to stop on the track, to jump into the pits. In case of necessity, you must return to the pits on the track with your hazard lights on. It is also forbidden to burn fuel in the pits or on the track. Drivers on a warm-up lap must let faster drivers pass by moving out of their way. Leaving the pit lane must be done with caution so as not to disturb the timed lap of other drivers. It is strictly forbidden to cross the pit lane white line. It is forbidden to overtake a driver on a fast lap when you are on a warm-up lap. Any disturbance on the track of a driver, whether intentional or not, will be heavily penalized.

VII - In the pit lane, entrance and exit, it is strictly forbidden to zigzag, accelerate or brake suddenly. Your speed limiters must be active.

VIII - Restart. Only one restart will be allowed in case of a bug at the start of a race.

IX - It is strictly forbidden to write messages once the race has started. This may be subject to sanctions at the end of the round.

X - If an incident occurred between two drivers on the track, it is forbidden to give back the place to the injured driver. All races will be analyzed by the race officials, and sanctions will be given to the offending driver(s).

XI - An engaged driver may be excluded from the competition for behavior deemed inappropriate during the race or towards the race direction, as well as for demanding information about their race at every new round. It is the responsibility of all to be serious and committed to the competition.

XII - Any driver who has suffered significant damage to their vehicle forcing them to slow down or change pace must signal to the other drivers by activating their hazard lights, and keep them on until they enter the pits.

Other prohibitions actions: Bump drafting is forbidden, no delay of drivers is tolerated, it is forbidden to push a driver whose car is damaged.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND OTHER PLAYERS

Respect for the code of conduct is a fundamental aspect. Players participating in the Euro-Sim Masters Championship must comply with the rules of good conduct and FairPlay. If a player violates these rules, they will be considered ineligible to continue the competition. In case of a manifest violation of the rules during the event, the organizer may exclude the guilty player.

Players must behave in a way that reflects the values promoted by the organizer and must not engage in behaviors considered harmful to the reputation or relationships of the organizer or its partners.

Behaviors such as hate speech, racism, harassment, and discrimination are strictly prohibited. Players must not use language deemed obscene, vulgar, insulting, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise offensive. Players cannot use this type of language on social networks or during any public event such as streaming.

Any type of harassment is strictly prohibited. Any type of discriminatory words, phrases, or gestures that offend the dignity or integrity of a private person, a group of persons, a team, a brand, a sponsor, or a country by contemptuous or discriminatory words or actions due to race, skin color, ethnic or national origin, gender, language, religion, political opinion, or any other opinion, financial situation, sexual orientation, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited.

9. SERVER CRASH

If the host server crashes:

›› less than 50% of the race duration = restart from scratch

›› between 51% to 84% = restart, and start a sprint race without stopping at the pit on the remaining time.

The points will then be distributed as follows: 2/3 of the points on the first race and the remaining 1/3 on the sprint race.

›› 85% and above = end of the round, grid picture before the bug for point allocation.

10. FLAGS

The blue flag signals to a driver that they are about to be lapped by one or more cars from the lead of the race. The driver under blue flag conditions must activate their warnings to signal to the following driver(s) that they are about to be let past. They must ensure not to impede their progress, slowing down if necessary while maintaining their racing line. You must not change your racing line. Fast drivers must be patient and not try to force their way past, risking an accident.

A driver under blue flag conditions is not allowed to defend their position on the track against the overtaking car. Intentionally holding up or defending against a faster car may result in a penalty or even disqualification by the race stewards.

A lapped driver has the right to regain their position on a leading driver, from the moment they clearly have a better race pace, for example due to less worn tires. We ask that both drivers collaborate to ensure their position exchange is done in absolute fairness.

Under yellow flag conditions, drivers must not overtake another car. Cross this zone with caution by reducing your speed to avoid any incidents.

11. PENALTIES

Race penalties will be applied according to the following criteria:

• Dangerous action resulting in the abandonment of the opponent driver | -10 points

• Dangerous action resulting in suspension failure | -5 points

• Dangerous action resulting in aero failure | -3 points

• DiveBomb with gain of position(s) and damage | -7 points
