Rules of the Euro-Sim Masters Championship contest

CONTEST ORGANIZATION

The Euro-Sim Masters Championship contest, for live stream viewers, is organized by PRiMA Esports, hereafter referred to as "the organizer". This contest is open to any adult natural person residing in Europe, excluding members of the organizer and their families.

 

PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

Participation in the Euro-Sim Masters Championship contest is free and open to anyone who follows the live stream of the races on the PRiMA Esports YouTube channel, and who answers the 5 questions asked in the live stream chat using the form provided for this purpose, hosted on the website www.prima-esports.com/quiz. Each question will be asked once per race. Participants must provide their name, first name, email address, and Discord or PSN contact. All information collected will be used solely for the needs of the contest.

 

WINNERS SELECTION

The draw to designate the winners will take place on the same day as the race before the end of the live stream. One winner will be chosen from among the participants who answered the question correctly. Winners will be informed on the same day and will be contacted by email within 7 days following the draw date to provide their postal address for the prize delivery. Upon receipt of the prize, the winners must take a photo of the contents of the package and send it to the organizer at contact@prima-esports.com.

 

PRIZES

The Euro-Sim Masters Championship contest offers 5 pairs of GUNNAR anti-blue light glasses, model PPK. Each winner will receive a pair of GUNNAR PPK glasses. The prize cannot be contested or exchanged for cash.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The organizer cannot be held responsible for technical problems preventing participation in the contest. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest in case of force majeure.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Euro-Sim Masters Championship contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules. Any participant who does not comply with the rules will be automatically disqualified.

 

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with this contest will only be used for the purposes of the contest and will not be disclosed to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning him/her. This right can be exercised by sending an email to the following address: [organizer's email address].

 

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these rules will be settled by the organizer. No contestation will be accepted after a period of 15 days following the designation of the winner.
