ROVER ALL SERIES Oceasia 2023 edition is a simracing competition on Gran Turismo 7 featuring four groups (pools) and a wide selection of cars from different categories: N Series, Gr.3, Gr.X, and Gr.B.

The tournament consists of 7 + 1 rounds, including a 3-round pool phase and a tournament phase with 3 races in direct elimination. The 42 drivers with the highest number of points at the end of the first phase will advance to the elimination phase. Then, in the 1/3 finals, 28 drivers will qualify for the semi-finals. Subsequently, the top 5 finishers in the semi-finals will directly qualify for the final. The other 10 drivers who finish between P6 and P10 will have one last chance to qualify for the final by participating in the Fishout (repechage race), where only the top 4 from that race will qualify.

Another feature of the format is that all drivers will be divided into 4 groups (Alpha on Mondays, Beta on Tuesdays, Gamma on Thursdays, and Delta on Fridays), and before each new round, the drivers will be invited to choose their race day. These groups are not based on skill level or previous results.
